If you ask someone on the street "How are you?" they answer "By God's grace" - meaning "Good, thank God!"
If you tell people "thank you", they answer "Don't thank for it" - meaning "Don't thank me, thank God!"
People here are SURROUNDED by others who don't share their religious beliefs. In fact others are DEADLY in their violent opposition to all faiths except their own. But EVERYWHERE you look, they proudly confess their faith... in their business names and everything else they can write on. They have no FEAR! I define fear as faith in evil.
Some of my countrymen fear being politically correct. They fear offending minorities. They fear taking a stand or getting involved. They forget to give thanks where thanks is due. My countrymen are free and safe - I'm grateful for the many men and women who have sacrificed their LIVES to ensure this! Come on people - NO FEAR! Stand up, be proud, be brave, be true and be happy!
So true! Fear is the opposite of faith. We miss you and hope you're doing well.
